General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Terms applicable to all orders on Kalis Market

Important Information
Any order on Kalis Market implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. We recommend reading them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern contractual relationships between:
- Kalicertif SAS, simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1000, registered with the Paris Trade Register under SIREN number 929 978 393, with registered office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (hereinafter "Kalis Market" or "the Seller")
- And any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the Kalis Market marketplace (hereinafter "the Buyer" or "the Customer")
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, including those applicable to other sales channels.
2. Products and Services Offered
Kalis Market offers for sale authenticated physical products, including:
- Original artworks and limited editions
- Certified collectibles
- Authenticated luxury products
- Industrial articles with certificate of authenticity
Digital Certificate of Authenticity
Each product sold comes with a unique digital certificate of authenticity, secured by blockchain technology, guaranteeing its traceability and authenticity.
3. Orders
3.1 Order Process
The Customer selects the products they wish to order, then validates their order after verifying its content. The sale will be considered final after full payment of the price and validation of the order by Kalis Market.
3.2 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent by email summarizing the ordered products, total price, delivery address, and payment terms.
3.3 Product Availability
Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to available stock. In case of product unavailability after order placement, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Prices
- Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes
- Shipping costs are indicated before order validation
- Kalis Market reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the price in effect at the time of order
4.2 Marketplace Commission
- First sale: 5% commission, paid by the buyer
- Resales: 7.5% total commission (5% to original creator + 2.5% to Kalis Market)
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer (for amounts over €1000)
- PayPal and other secure online payment solutions
4.4 Payment Security
Payments made on Kalis Market are fully secured. Banking information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas
Kalis Market delivers to metropolitan France, Corsica, French overseas territories, and Europe. Specific delivery charges may apply depending on the destination.
5.2 Delivery Times
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
- Corsica and overseas territories: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability.
5.3 Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. The Customer must check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier and make reservations in case of anomaly.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
6.2 Return Terms
- The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, manual, certificate)
- Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer
- Refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product
6.3 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized or custom-made products.
7. Legal Warranties
7.1 Conformity Guarantee
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity, the Customer can obtain replacement or repair of the product, or failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
7.2 Hidden Defects Warranty
The Customer also benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. This warranty allows the Customer to obtain a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
7.3 Authenticity Guarantee
Kalis Market guarantees the authenticity of all products sold on its platform through the digital certificate of authenticity secured by blockchain.
8. Liability
Kalis Market cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruptions or total or partial strikes, particularly postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
Kalis Market's liability cannot be incurred for all inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
9. Personal Data Protection
Information collected during the order is necessary for its processing and may be communicated to Kalis Market partners responsible for execution, processing, management and payment of orders.

10. Disputes and Complaints
10.1 Complaints
For any complaint, the Customer can contact our customer service by email at contact@kalis.market or by mail at the registered office address.
10.2 Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the option of using the free MEDICYS mediation service in case of unresolved dispute.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
