2. Definitions
"Platform"
Refers to the kalis.market website and all its services.
"User"
Any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
"Artist" or "Seller"
User creating and selling physical products with authentication certificates on the Platform.
"Collector" or "Buyer"
User purchasing certified physical products on the Platform.
"Certified Product"
Physical product accompanied by a verifiable digital certificate of authenticity.
"Certificate of Authenticity"
Tamper-proof digital document certifying the authenticity, origin, and ownership of a physical product, secured by blockchain.
3. Registration and User Account
3.1 Registration Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization
- Not create multiple accounts for the same person
3.2 Account Types
Buyer Account
Allows purchasing certified products and verifying their authenticity
Seller/Artist Account
Allows selling physical products with digital authentication certificates
4. Service Description
4.1 Services Offered
- Creation and issuance of digital authentication certificates for physical products
- Marketplace for buying and selling certified physical products
- Authentication verification system via unique QR code
- Secure and tamper-proof data storage on blockchain
- Complete ownership and traceability history
- Management tools for artists, creators, and sellers
- Shipping and delivery of physical products
- After-sales service and customer support
4.2 Commissions and Fees
- Certificate creation is free. An optional NFC/QR kit may be charged €4.99 per kit for physical creations.
- First sale: 5%, paid by the buyer.
- Resales: 7.5%, paid by the buyer (5% to the creator + 2.5% to KALIS).
- Sales made outside Kalis Market require royalty payment via RoyaltyLink for the authentic transfer to be issued.
5. User Obligations
5.1 Authorized Use
Users agree to:
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not publish illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Not impersonate others
- Not manipulate prices or perform fake transactions
- Respect other platform users
5.2 Content Responsibility
Sellers are fully responsible for the products they sell and guarantee their authenticity, compliance, and that they hold all necessary rights to market them.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Rights
The Kalis Market platform, its design, features, and content (excluding user works) are the exclusive property of Kalicertif SAS and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 License of Use
By publishing content on the platform, you grant Kalis Market a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your content as part of our services.
6.3 Certificates and Copyright
The purchase of a certified product confers ownership of the physical product and its authentication certificate, but not necessarily the copyright to the work itself, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the artist.
7. Payments and Transactions
7.1 Payment Methods
The platform accepts payments by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer for large amounts
- PayPal and other online payment solutions
7.2 Transaction Security
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Kalis Market never directly stores your sensitive payment information.
7.3 Refund and Return Policy
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition. The digital certificate remains associated with the physical product and follows its ownership. In case of non-conformity or hidden defects, legal warranties apply.
8. Personal Data Protection
Kalis Market is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

Kalis Market is not responsible for content published by users. We act as a host and technical intermediary.
9.3 Shipping and Delivery
Kalis Market coordinates the delivery of physical products but is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. We commit to facilitating the resolution of any delivery-related disputes.
10. Modification and Termination
10.1 Modification of Terms
Kalis Market reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of substantial changes.
10.2 Account Termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. Kalis Market may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
